A One-Day Low Calorie Diet Plan

Breakfast

While some people are used to skipping morning snacks, others are just in need of them. For those who take morning snacks, total calories should be limited to around 110 calories. Morning snacks can consist of granola bars or 8 crackers with low fat peanut butter. Drink 2 glasses of water together with the chosen meal.

Lunch

Lunch has the most calorie intake compared with other meals of the day. One can choose from chicken pita or 2 slices of cinnamon bread with half slice of banana and light peanut butter. Each meal contains around 250 calories. Together with 2 slices of bread or chicken pita, a person can also take in 1 serving of soup, which contains 100 calories. Ground turkey can also be added on the soup as a topping, which adds around 75 calories. Similar with morning snacks, drink 2 glasses of water. This lunch meal consists over 400 calories.

Afternoon Snack

For afternoon snacks, half bag of microwave popcorn or several pieces of all-bran muffins can be taken. Nonfat and sugar free yogurt can also be eaten instead of popcorn or muffins. Note to include 2 glasses of water in the meal. This diet plan for afternoon snacks consists of 120 calories.

Cube steak or top sirloin with potatoes, which adds up to 300 calories, can be taken for dinner. Other favorite vegetables can also be added with the meal. All in all, around 400 calories can be taken for dinner.
